Who We Are

Pet-Agree Express was founded in 2004 by Jim Neel who has been an animal lover since early childhood. Jim had an opportunity for an early retirement from the corporate environment with it’s endless meetings, conference calls and hundreds of daily E-Mails.Jim decided to establish a business that he really enjoyed which is taking care of animals.

Jim has combined his passion for “critters” with his savvy for business to create Pet Agree Express. The company’s goal is to provide the highest quality of service for our four legged friends. We are insured, bonded and have attended extensive training in animal behavior and pet first aid.
